If you have tried to upload the 347 form file generated by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to the Tax Agency, you will have noticed that it gives errors when importing it. This is because, for this year 2026, there are modifications approved through Order HAC/1431/2025 and there are certain changes which, although they are for the exclusive use of public administrations that grant subsidies, affect everyone who has to submit form 347.

The change is as follows: if the transaction has the code ‘E’ in positions 300 to 305 of the transaction lines, a code assigned in the National Subsidy Database (BDNS) must appear, but please note that this only applies to public administrations that pay subsidies, not to recipients. If this does not apply, these fields must be left blank.

The deadline for submitting Form 347 is the next business day after 28 February, which is 2 March. Therefore, at Axazure, we have made the change to the form for all versions so that our customers can submit the form without any problems.

Microsoft will also implement it through feature ES-00003, which is scheduled to be released on 31 March, so it will not be implemented before the deadline for submitting form 347.
