The monitoring and reporting of it requires tools that facilitate the work of salespeople in an agile way and that also those responsible can access the information centrally.
PARCITANK was looking for the possibility of streamlining its business processes while providing them with the latest technology..
Commercial management at a national and international level requires the coordination of a team of many people who manage all its commercial activity in different geographical areas.
The main point of the project was based on providing the salesperson with a fast and agile management tool that is also integrated with the ERP. In this way, the reporting times of your activity are reduced and improved, in order to make decisions more agile and faster.
The project was raised in part with the Parcitank technical team, which has collaborated in the synchronization part with the ERP and in the functional definition.
The bi-directional integration of customer information with the ERP has made it possible to unify the databases of customers and contacts, at the same time that sales reporting times have been reduced and improved.
After implementing the solution, it has been possible to have a commercial solution connected to the company’s ERP, in order to facilitate commercial and back-office work.
This implementation has also improved the quality of the information shared between the different departments, and the commercial reporting processes have been automated and streamlined.
Dynamics 365 for Sales has allowed salespeople to spend more time on their business monitoring tasks, while also providing them with information that was previously more difficult to access.
