Implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales in Ejaso
EJASO ETL Global is one of the top 10 legal advisory firms in Spain as part of the German group ETL Global, of which it has been a part since 2016. The implementation of MMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Sales was approached as the evolution of the commercial and marketing processes of the organization, with the aim of providing multidisciplinary advisory services of the highest quality to its clients.
The main requirement of the project was the integration and standardization in a common commercial platform of all customer data from different areas of expertise.
Additionally, the objectives of digitalization and automation of new client registration processes have been set, with processes such as money laundering control.
Axazure’s team worked during the first months of 2020 with the different departments of EJASO ETL Global in order to offer a global solution that could respond to all the requirements raised during the project.
Using agile methodologies, both teams coordinated very quickly and effectively.
The initial normalization and loading of customer data from different platforms has been carried out in a few weeks and finally the unification of the customer database has been implemented.
The implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales has allowed EJASO ETL Global to evolve certain business processes in the firm through the implementation of a platform that will also allow it to continue to respond to the changes that the different business areas of the firm require in the future.
Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform tools allow the creation of common collaborative environments in projects that are implemented in very short time, allowing different teams and divisions to collaborate in a unified environment in order to provide a better service to their customers and optimize the marketing and commercial actions of the company.
