Dynamics 365 Sales implementation at Fersa
Fersa Group was born in 1968 with the union of two European bearing manufacturers, and its brands currently operate globally in the design, production and distribution of high quality bearings, focused on the automotive and industrial sector.
As part of the evolution of its internal digitalisation and evolution of its business processes, Fersa has chosen Axazure for the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Sales. The “challenge” was to integrate its ERP (Dynamics 365 Supply Chain) with CRM in a fast, simple and bidirectional way, allowing sales and marketing teams to have centralised information for segmentation and marketing campaigns.
The project is been mainly focused on the integration with the ERP, for which the standard Dual Write solution from Dynamics 365 Supply Chain has been implemented. Additionally, functionalities have been added for the management and segmentation of Leads and Contacts, and an integration with Mailchimp for the management of digital marketing campaigns.
