Ethics and Transparency
Axazure, as a member of the Avvale group, is committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards in accordance with our internal policies and external regulations.
We support Avvale’s core values and maintain our conduct to the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards. This Code of Ethics was approved by Avvale’s Board of Directors by resolution on October 4, 2023.
The Code of Ethics of Avvale:
- Serves to identify and regulate in advance the behaviors that Avvale personnel, as well as any third party with whom Avvale – directly or indirectly, permanently or temporarily – establishes a relationship for the exercise of its activities, are obliged to observe;
- Is an essential element of the Organization, Management, and Control of the company that Avvale S.p.A. has adopted in compliance with and implementation of the regulations established in Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
In particular, it has the following purposes:
- To ensure that economic activities are carried out in accordance with the law, disseminating legal principles within the company;
- Aims to prohibit and prevent any corrupt behavior, and to ensure that all company activities are carried out respecting the principles of transparency, fairness, and integrity, in accordance with our Anti-Corruption Policy and the Gifts and Donations Policy (which is an integral part of it).
Persons, both within and outside Avvale, who suspect or become aware of any action related to bribery, illicit conduct, or, in any case, conduct aimed at circumventing the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the company’s internal procedures, carried out by employees or representatives of the organization, must submit an informative note that must be structured in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy.
