Talent as an engine of growth at Axazure

Last Friday 21st of June we celebrated our traditional ONE BEAT FESTIVAL which, for those who don’t know it yet, is Axazure’s summer party. We close the first semester of the year in style and we get together before the holidays, among other things, to have a good time together. The weeks leading up to the party are usually dizzying because of the preparations and the daily work of the whole team, and being there I thought about how quickly the day goes by. I always say that we organise a wedding where nobody gets married 🤣.
Last year we celebrated the unity of the team and this year under the motto “Let nothing stop us” we reaffirm our commitment to growth, both professional and personal, and the culture that defines us. In this culture, TALENT, with capital letters, takes on a very special meaning because we are a team that not only stands out for our technical achievements, carrying out large projects, carrying out complicated implementations or being at the forefront of transformation and innovation for our clients, but also for the strength and cohesion of our team.

All HR professionals love to talk about TALENT and even more so to be able to attract and retain it, but in too many cases it is talked about as an abstract and purely positive concept, like those who talk about friendship, love or family, which we expect to provoke only positive feelings, but the truth is that you have to learn to identify them and recognise them when you have them in front of you, know how they act and how they impact on others, know how to manage them and get the best out of them.
